My mom came up to visit this weekend so I cooked for my family when I got off of work!  I grilled pork chops, had mashed potatoes and vegetables!  Everyone loved them!  I made plate presentations and had fun doing it.  My six year old decided to do her own plate too!

This weekend I got my kids in the kitchen for some fun!  We cooked fried chicken tenderloins, homemade mashed potatoes and vegetables.   I got the potatoes so I could practice my knife skills for class for week 3 and I didn’t want to waste!
