My husband wanted me to recreate the steamed salmon I cooked in class the week for him and cook him some steamed broccoli for dinner.  I made my own steaming liquid from chicken broth, onions and a mix of seasonings. I then laid the salmon on the lettuce just like in class and cooked it.
