My mom came up to visit this weekend so I cooked for my family when I got off of work!  I grilled pork chops, had mashed potatoes and vegetables!  Everyone loved them!  I made plate presentations and had fun doing it.  My six year old decided to do her own plate too!

Grilling Pork Chops this week was amazing! I never knew I could get the juiciest, most moist piece of pork I have ever had in my life, and I cooked it!   It had beautiful hatch marks on it and was marinated in simple ingredients, olive oil, salt and pepper!  I can not wait to cook
