My mom came up to visit this weekend so I cooked for my family when I got off of work!  I grilled pork chops, had mashed potatoes and vegetables!  Everyone loved them!  I made plate presentations and had fun doing it.  My six year old decided to do her own plate too!

My husband wanted me to recreate the steamed salmon I cooked in class the week for him and cook him some steamed broccoli for dinner.  I made my own steaming liquid from chicken broth, onions and a mix of seasonings. I then laid the salmon on the lettuce just like in class and cooked it.
